During warmer months, Gluten Free Palace uses Insulated Shipping Protection (ISP), which includes insulated wrapping and a cold pack to help keep your order cool during transit and reduce the risk of mold. ISP is designed to help maintain a cooler temperature for approximately 2–3 days. It is not intended to keep products frozen for the entire journey. As a result, both the bread and the cold pack may arrive warm, which is normal and expected.
IMPORTANT: If your order is expected to be in transit for more than 3 days, you are responsible for selecting an expedited shipping option at checkout. Orders shipping to the West Coast, warmer climates, or other destinations with longer transit times will generally require expedited shipping to help maintain product quality.
