During warmer months, Gluten Free Palace uses Insulated Shipping Protection (ISP), which includes insulated wrapping and a cold pack to help keep your order cool during transit and reduce the risk of mold. ISP is designed to help maintain a cooler temperature for approximately 2–3 days. It is not intended to keep products frozen for the entire journey. As a result, both the bread and the cold pack may arrive warm, which is normal and expected.
IMPORTANT: If your order is expected to be in transit for more than 3 days, you are responsible for selecting an expedited shipping option at checkout. Orders shipping to the West Coast, warmer climates, or other destinations with longer transit times will generally require expedited shipping to help maintain product quality.
All orders ship from our New Jersey warehouse. See our Standard Shipping Transit Map to determine the expected delivery time to your location.
To help preserve freshness, we also recommend shipping to an address where someone will be available to receive the package. Avoid leaving packages outdoors in direct sunlight or excessive heat. Upon delivery, place frozen products in the freezer as soon as possible.
Refund Policy: Shipping upgrades are the customer's responsibility. Standard shipping to a longer-transit destination is not eligible for a refund or replacement for heat- or transit-related issues.
Warning! This item is sensitive to heat and should not remain in transit for more than 2 days in warm weather. For orders shipping to locations with longer transit times, only expedited shipping options will be available at checkout.
