Eligibility: By ordering, you certify that you are a business recognized at the federal and state level to make tax-exempt purchases for the purpose of resale. If you are in the state of California you must provide a resale permit number. All other business are required to provide a Federal Tax ID number.

Minimums: There is a $350 opening order minimum and a $300 minimum for subsequent orders, in case quantities only.

Payment: Payment is due upon shipping and we accept business checks, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, and bank transfers. Please allow 7-10 business days for checks to clear. Orders may be revised or canceled within 24 hours from the time they are placed. Orders of $1000 or more require a 50% deposit at the time the order is placed. If an order with a deposit is canceled before the 24 hour window then the refund less 5% cancellation fee will be refunded. For example a deposit of $500 will be refunded at $475 ($25 cancellation fee).

Shipping: Orders are shipped US Postal Service or UPS Ground. All orders are shipped from Brooklyn, NY. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We can arrange for third party billing upon request. Please allow 3-4 business days for your order to ship. All orders are sent in the beginning of the week only. So if you place an order on Wednesday, it will ship the following Monday. Sorry, but we cannot allow pick-ups at this time.

Returns and Refunds: If your product arrives damaged please let us know within 72 hours of receiving the order and we will make arrangements to have the damaged product shipped back to us. We accept returns of unopened dry items within 4 business days at the customer's expense, with a 20% restocking fee.
