Grilled Hamburger - All in One Dinner

This recipe is a true kick off at your July 4th barbecue. All you will hear from your kids is "Can we have more?"! Enjoy!
Grilled Hamburger
  • Recipe serves:8 hamburgers

2 lbs. ground beef
1/4 cup Caesar dressing (recipe found here)
2 heads of romaine lettuce, washed well
Gluten Free Hamburger Buns
Olive oil
2 tsp. crushed garlic

Grilled Hamburger

  • Preheat grill to high.
  • Combine meat with Caesar dressing. Divide mixture into 8 balls. Roll into patties.
  • Grill patties for 6-7 minutes per side, until cooked.
  • Assemble burgers: Brush the buns with olive oil and crushed garlic.
  • Toast the buns for 1 minute.
  • On each toasted bun place 1-2 lettuce leaves, and one burger.
  • Garnish your bun with some purple onion & tomatoes.
Serve with hamburger buns, pickles, coleslaw, lettuce, tomatoes, fried onions and more for a complete dinner meal!
