A delicious granola that can be sprinkled onto yogurt, salad, and hot oatmeal. It can be eaten as a cereal with milk, or enjoy on its own!

2 cups coconut flakes
2 cups gluten free rolled oats
2 cups sunflower seeds
1 cup flaxseed meal
1 cup honey
1 cup raw blue agave nectar
1/2 bag puffed brown rice cereal 
1 cup safflower oil
1 cup pecans
1 cup chopped almonds
2 cups pumpkin seeds
1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup hemp

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 baking sheets, or line both with parchment.
  • In a large-sized bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix very well.
  • Spread mixture onto prepared baking sheets.
  • Place in oven and bake for one hour. Use a wooden spoon to stir mixture every 20 minutes (for a total of three times).
Store in an airtight container or in the freezer.
