1/2 cup instant coffee powder
1/2 cup boiling water 3 liters milk 1 3/4 cups Agave, xylitol, or granulated sugar 3 Tablespoon vanilla nectar 1 dash cinnamon ice cubes, optional

Dilute the coffee and sweetener in 1/2 cup boiling water.
Add milk and vanilla nectar and mix well with a fork.
Add ice cubes and/or ice cream. Sprinkle cinnamon. Serve chilled.
