This mix has many uses! Be creative and feel free to add your own special touch to either the pancakes or muffins. Add three tablespoons of maple syrup or a handful of nuts or both for a elicious variation!
One mix will yield 12 large pancakes or 24 standard size muffins. Any remaining pancakes and/or muffins can be stored in the refrigerator for up to three days and then reheated; can also be frozen for up to four months. Placing wax paper between each pancake and storing in airtight container is recommended.

Pancake batter can be spread out once in the pan to make a thinner pancake.
If you desire a thinner batter we suggest adding water. For example, you can start with 1/4 cup and may want to add up to 1 cup
Storage Directions: Store mix in a cool, dry place. Bag has a shelf life of 2 years.
