entire bag of old fashioned cake and cookie mix
1/2 cup vegetable shortening, softened butter, or margarine
2 large eggs, lightly beaten
1 tsp GLUTEN FREE VANILLA
1/2 cup milk or water
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Lightly oil or grease a 9 inch round cake pan or an 8 x 8 inch square pan.
3. In large bowl, beat shortening or butter until fluffy.
4. Add old fashioned cake and cookie mix.
5. Beat to combine.
6. Add eggs and vanilla and beat.
7. Add milk and stir to moisten.
8. Spoon into pan.
9. Bake 28 minutes.
10. Cool 10 minutes, then remove from pan.
11. Cool completely, frost, and enjoy!
