Directions

  • In a large pot, add approx 4 liters/135 fl oz of water for every 250 g/8.8 oz of pasta you'd like to cook up. Add salt. Bring to a boil.
  • Add pasta. Stir gently and continue to boil for 8-10 minutes or until paste reaches desired consistency.
  • Strain pasta and rinse under cool running water.
