Cook the noodles in 8 cups of boiling water until they are tender. Use a spoon separate the noodles while they are cooking.
Strain the noodles in a colander. Rinse the noodles two times in cold water and drain well each time.
Add 1 tsp. sesame oil to the noodles and toss.
Heat oil on medium-high heat in a large pan.
When the oil is hot, put the noodles in the pan a few at a time. When the noodles float to the top it is done. Remove with a skimmer and drain.
Add in sauteed vegetables for another delicious option!
