Graham Cracker Toffee Bark
A wonderful, addictive treat! Serve as part of your dessert, on its own, or crack into uneven pieces and serve on top of ice cream. Great to munch on, even out of the freezer!

Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or grease very well. Spread graham crackers over the entire surface of the baking sheet. You may need to crack some crackers to get them to fit.
Preheat oven to 4000 degrees Fahrenheit.
Melt dark brown sugar and butter/margarine in a saucepan, over medium heat. Add a pinch salt, if using. Pour sugar mixture over graham crackers, making sure to cover the entire surface. Bake in over for 8 minutes.
Remove pan from oven. Sprinkle chocolate chips over toffee mixture, and place in over for another minute, until melted. Remove from oven and use a spatula to spread melted chocolate over entire surface of graham crackers. Sprinkle chopped nuts and coarse salt, if using. Allow to cool. 5. Cut graham toffee bark into even sized squares, about 3 inches in diameter. Alternatively, you can crack into uneven sized pieces for an interesting effect.
Store in an airtight container or in the freezer. Can drizzle white or dark chocolate over choppped nuts for a more elegant presentation. Delicious when served with ice cream or on it's own.
