Fudgie Brownies - No Mixer!

Ingredients

Dough:
1 3/4 cups cane sugar
11 3/4 cups all purpose flour mix
3/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
11/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 Tablespoon vanilla sugar
3 eggs
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
1 cup milk (or milk substitute)

Directions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line 3 1lb loaf pans or 2 6x8inch pans with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, combine the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and vanilla sugar. Add the eggs, hot water, oil, and milk, and stir until batter is smooth.
  • Pour batter into prepared baking pans.
  • Bake for 45 - 50 minutes. Cool before slicing.
