Fudgie Brownies - No Mixer!
This delicious brownie is so easy, you can have your kids make it for you! Adapted from Fresh & Easy, by Leah Schapira.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Line 3 1lb loaf pans or 2 6x8inch pans with parchment paper.
In a bowl, combine the sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and vanilla sugar. Add the eggs, hot water, oil, and milk, and stir until batter is smooth.
Pour batter into prepared baking pans.
Bake for 45 - 50 minutes. Cool before slicing.
