Apple Cranberry Pineapple Crisp

Ingredients 6 green apples, thinly sliced
14 oz can whole berry cranberry sauce
20 oz can pineapple tidbit, drained
3/4 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup tapioca starch
1/2 cup brown sugar or 2 Tablespoons agave
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup coconut oil

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In an 8-x-8 inch pan, layer apples, then pineapple and then cranberry sauce.
In a medium sized bowl, combine all crumble ingredients.
Sprinkle crumble over cranberry sauce.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream, or at room temperature.
