2 cups Steve's Bread Flour Blend
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup apple juice
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
egg whites, for smearing
sesame seeds, and/or poppy seeds, for sprinkling

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease two baking sheets or line with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
  • Divide dough in half. Roll each half of dough to fit cookie sheet. It should be very thin. Cut into 2" x 2" squares.
  • Smear egg whites onto dough. Sprinkle your choice of toppings onto the dough.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden. Watch carefully so that it doesn't burn.
