Gluten Free Crackers
A delicious gluten free cracker that can be enjoyed with tuna, eggs, jam, chicken, fish or any of your favorite sandwich topping. Crumble on top of your salads for a delightful crunch!

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease two baking sheets or line with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix until a smooth dough forms.
Divide dough in half. Roll each half of dough to fit cookie sheet. It should be very thin. Cut into 2" x 2" squares.
Smear egg whites onto dough. Sprinkle your choice of toppings onto the dough.
Bake for 10-15 minutes, until golden. Watch carefully so that it doesn't burn.
Store in an airtight container
