This is the best tasting bread gluten free that I have ever tasted. It reminds me more of a desert bread. I have had grainy, nasty stuff from the store, but this is awesome. The slices are small, but they are very satisfying. I make my own strawberry jam and for me, topping with a little butter and jam is like a desert treat.
