Directions
Take one Disk up to three times per day, preferably with meals, or as recommended by your doctor. Though you may be tempted with Adora Calcium, please handle as a dietary supplement. Daily intake of calcium above 2500 mg is not advised.

Milk- produced on shared equipment with milk chocolate products. Though we clean thoroughly, traces of milk remain and therefore will be present in very small amounts through cross contact. Adora wants to make sure that all of its customers are aware that traces of milk are present for those who may be severely allergic.
