Best Gluten Free Bread Hands Down

We have multiple allergies, so I use egg replacer instead of eggs, oil instead of butter, and water instead of milk. It makes a REALLY good bread. Works for sandwiches, toast, and is the best bread we've found so far. It raises nice and has a good texture. So happy I found this mix!
